Digital Tsunami does not warrant that the Web Sites or the servers which make these Web Sites available, are free from viruses or any other harmful elements.

  7. As regards financial data, such as development fees, hosting fees, annual reports, contained on the Web Sites, only the original English language printed version can be considered the authentic version.
     
  8. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New South Wales in Australia.
